Stability                                  :    DECIL CW is  stable  to  acids,  natural  salts and  basic  chrome

     complexes used in   leather  processing.

Properties :

1. DECIL CW helps to achieve a more uniform distribution of chrome in tanning process.
2. As  a  top  fatliquor  DECIL CW  imparts  a  smooth waxy  and  pleasant  handle.
3. It prevents damaging the grain by abrasion during drumming in short liquors.
4. Multi-charge  Fatliquors  can  be  prepared  using DECIL CW  that  will  increase  superficial  fatliquoring  effect.

Sod. Bi Carb-0.5 Run30’ Check exhaust, Drain/wash

Neutralisation as usual.

Pre-fat  liquoring  in  chrome Tanning of  leather.( %  are based  on  pickled  weight)

100%  water

%  Basic Chromium Sulphate  -    ( 4 Hrs)

Add :   1 -  3%  DECIL CW  -  30  Minutes,

Basify  as usual.

Retanned  Leather ( %   are  based  on  shaved  weight )

          100%   Water

          3%    DECIL S-133

          2%    DECIL SM

          2%    DECIL EURO  -  (45 minutes )

          Add :  0.5%   Formic acid ( 1: 10)  (15 minutes)

          Add :  1 – 2% DECIL CW ( 20 minutes )

Suede  Leather (on  crust  weight ) Top fatliquoring
