Chemical Composition : High molecular paraffin, softeners, sulphated oils and emulsifiers.
Appearance : Yellowish brown liquid.
Active Matter : 50% ± 2%
pH as such : 8 to 10
Stability to Electrolytes : Stable to acids, alkalis, salts under usual tannery conditions.
Shelf Life : Six months when stored below 28oC
Dilution Method : Dilution with water 1:1 or combination with other Fat Liquors.
Light Fastness : Excellent
Emulsion Stability : Very fine emulsion in cold & hot water.
Compatibility : Very good with like charge Fat Liquors & Retaining Agents. Also compatible
with non-ionic products.
Charge : Anionic
Application : Decil DX-20 is a unique blend of highly penetrative fat liquor to produce
various types of soft leather like Garment Nappa, Gloving, N. The
percentage recommended is 4-10% depending upon the degree of softness
required. It gives full, round leather with a perfect inner softness along with
a pleasant waxy touch.
