(Lanolin containing fat liquoring agent for all kinds of leather)

Chemical Composition         :    Synthetic & natural softners based on lanolin

pH as such                             :    6.5 to 8.5

Charge                                   :    Anionic

Stability to Electrolyte          :    Compatible with all anionic leather auxiliaries, stable to

     neutral salts

Dilution Method                    :    Impaste & emulsify with water at 50-60° C60°Use

Storage Stability                   :    Upto 12 months when properly stored. 

     Mix well before use.

Properties :

1) Leather treated with Decil L 100 has a good inner softness and a slightly waxy touch.

2) Decil L 100 is very suitable to Fat Liquor vegetable leather. The sensitive grain remains durably elastic and

    can be polished very well.

Applicaion : All indications are based on the shaved weight.

For softy leather types            :           2 – 4 %            Decil L 100

4 – 8 %            Decil S 133

For clothing leather                 :           1 – 3 %            Decil L 100

          10 – 14 %          Decil S 133

For upholstery leather             :           2 – 4 %            Decil L 100

                                                         10 – 12 %           Decil 94 S

For suede split                        :           1 – 2 %            Decil L 100

2 – 8 %            Decil S 133

For vegetable leather              :           2 – 4 %            Decil L 100

2 – 3 %            Decil K 20
