DECIL PRIME

Chemical Composition         :    DECIL PRIME is based on special DC polymer and Non-Ionic softener with

                                                     Humectant.

Appearance                           :    Creamish yellow  viscous emulsion

Active Matter                         :    45% ± 2%

pH as such                             :    3 to 5

Stability to Electrolytes        :    Stable to acids, alkalies under usual tannery conditions

Shelf Life                               :    Six months

Dilution Method                    :    DECIL PRIME can  be used with anionic, calionic  &

                                                     non-ionic fat liquors or  it  can  be used  alone after

                                                     1:1 dilution

Properties :

1)  Excellent softness, very good fixation with leather fiber & therefore a long lasting softness achieved.

2)  Even and deep penetration.

3)  Good light fastness.

4)  Good luster effects.

5)  Improve water resistancy.

6]  Hardening of material during transportation is avoided.

Application :

DECIL PRIME is used in main fat liquoring or in combination with other fat liquors for extra softness.

1) Nappa Upper Leather:

                                    2  -  4%            DECIL PRIME

            6  -  8%            DECIL S-133

2) Garment Leather

                                    4  -  10%          DECIL PRIME

            6  -  10%          DECIL FAT  LIQUOR

3) Upholstery Leather

                                    2-  4%              DECIL PRIME

            3  -  5%            DECIL X-30

            2  -  5%            DECIL S-133
