Chemical Composition                     :    Blend of phospholipids, sulphited,  and sulphated modified synthetic fatty

                                                                 matter, modified natural and synthetic oil, multicharge softners.

Appearance                                       :    Off white to Milky White Emulsion

Active Matter                                     :    50% ± 2%

pH as such                                         :    6.5 to 8

Storage                                              :    Anionic

Stability to Electrolytes                    :    Stable to acids, salt under usual tannery conditions

Shelf Lift                                            :    Upto one year

Dilution Method                                :    1:1 with water

Properties                                         :

• Uniform softners,
• Excellent smoothness,
• Very good light fastness with waxy feel,
• Produces smooth grain and imports round feel

      with good body,

• Non yellowing and Hi bleaching effect,
• Can be used before dyeing.

Application :

DECIL COMPACT is a unique Fat Liquor with versatile applications for a variety of leathers.  Typical recipes are:

1) Cattle Upholstery Leather:

                        10 -15%           DECIL  COMPACT

            2  -  5%            DECIL  PRIME

2) Clothing Leather

                        8  -10%            DECIL  COMPACT

            2  -  5%            DECIL  X-30

            4  -  6%            FS 200

3) Sheep Skin

                        8  - 10%           DECIL COMPACT

            5  - 10%           DECIL  SN
