is a very fine uniform particle size acrylic resin dispersion having

CHARACTERISTICS |
| Unique
polymerization technology of DEBIND-D-300 enable all of the following
features to be combined. |

GUIDELINES |
A.
The adhesion promotion and soft fine particle size characteristics
of a DEBIND-D-300, facilitate its use as a soft component binder in the
formulation of base coats and colour coats for today's natural looking
leathers such as garment, sheep skin and bovine leather. Finish
coats based on DEBIND-D-300 do not crack when bent, have excellent flexibility,
high, elongation and do not increase the temper of leather.
The excellent cold crack resistance of DEBIND-D-300 is a plus point for
finish formulated with it. DEBIND-D-300 can be formulated with harder
film characteristic binders depending on the characteristics desired.
B. Impregnation The unique soft, uniform, fine particle size characteristics
of DEBIND D-300 enables its use as an impregnation binder in the manufacture
of very mellow corrected grain leathers and full grain leathers
such as softee shoes leathers.
By using DEBIND-D-300, less firming and less surface discoloration are
achieved. Correctly formulated DEBIND-D-300 clears the surface so well
that rebuffing is not needed, to produce a surface ready for finishing.
DEBIND-D 300 will generally perform best with lower penetrator levels
than normal and higher ration of organic solvents to surfactant. |
