CHARACTERISTICS |
| Unique
polymerization technology of DECIVEEN XI enable all of the following
features to be combined. |

Very fine uniform particle size distribution.
- Soft,
gentle handle for today's natural looking leathers.
- Outstanding
adhesion promotional properties on full grain and
sheep skin leathers.

Excellent cold crack resistance.

Good penetration properties on all types of leathers.

In impregnation BIND-D-3 produced less firming and less surface
discoloration than conventional acrylic resins.

Application : |

DECIVEEN
- XI is used as humectant for crasting leathers meant for rewetting
and dyeing. After the normal preliminary retaining and fatliquoring
etc. the bath is completely drained 2% of DECIVEEN - XI on sammed shaved
weight is then added to the moving drum. The leathers are run for
15 minutes without float, taken out and piled. They are then processed
further as usual. |
