UNIVERSAL MULTI-CHARGED COMPACT FAT
Chemical Composition : Combination of phosphited natural & synthetic oil,
fatty alcohol and olefine sulphonate (modified).
Appearance : Pale yellow to dark brown coloured viscous liquid.
Active matter : 65% + 2%
pH as such : 6 to 8
Stability to Electrolytes : Usual Tannery Conditions.
Shelf Life : Minimum six months (stir well before use).
Dilution : SPYOL 707 can be used along with 1:1 dilution
with water or combination with other fat liquors.
Properties :
(1) It is a special fat-liquoring agent for the production of nourished leather & pleasant wet touch in leather.
(2) It shows an optimum penetration imparting to the leather an excellent softness, fluffy character with a mellow and silky feel as well as smooth & fine grain.
(3) Very good filling properties.
(4) Control the water absorbency.
(5) Improve the grain resistance.
(6) Good light fastness with waxy feel.
SPYOL – 707 is a new generation, universal multi-charged compact fat liquor suitable for all type of leathers i.e. Nappa, Softy Upper, Nubucks, Garment, Upholstery, Gloves, and Suedes. As a final fat liquor for suedes, where sheen is important.
The ambient have required depend on the type of leather & the fat liquoring effect desired.
For soft types of leather the amount to lies at 6 – 20% recommended as a single fat to reduce the inventory for many fats. However, can be used in combination with SPYOL, DECIL, DECIL X-30, DECIL SN, & DECIL S-133, reduce the water absorption and wettability of leather treated with it and improve, the fat-liquoring effect. It is a fat liquoring agent for all types of soft leather so it is a universal fat liquor like soft garments, shoe upper, upholstery, nappa, nubucks, gloving & suedes leathers.
