pH as such                                         :    6 to 8

Stability to Electrolytes                    :    Stable to acids, salt under usual tannery conditions

Shelf Life                                           :    Upto one year

Properties                                         :

• Uniform softners,
• Excellent smoothness,
• Very good light fastness with waxy feel,
• Produces smooth grain and imparts round feel

      with good body,

• Removes all dirts from leathers & gives excellent whiteness,
• Can be use before dyeing.
• Also can be used as a single compact fat for gloving, upholstery, garments, shoe upper & white leathers.

Application :

SPYOL is a unique fat liquor with versatile applications for a variety of leathers.  Typical recipes are

1) Garments, Gloving & Upholstery Leather:

                        6 -15%             SPYOL

            2  -  5%            DECIL  X-30

2) Shoe Nappa Nubuk Side & Hunting:

                        8 %                  SPYOL

            5 %                  DECIL  S133

3)  Suede Leather:

            6 – 8%             SPYOL

            5%                   DECIL SN

4)      Softy Upper from cow hide:

4 – 5%             SPYOL

5%                   DECIL S-133

5)      Softy Buffcalf & Upper:

6 – 10%           SPYOL

4%                   DECIL S-133
