VELVET TOUCH-DC is modified amino silicone which gives excellent smooth & silky feel to the  high value  fabrics. It improves the increase   recovery angle and  abrassion resistance . It does not effect  the colour, fastness or value of the dyed fabrics & give extra luster & glare to the fabrics.

RECOMMENDED USE :
VELVET TOUCH-DC is mainly used in high value  fabrics like ,Velvet ,satin  and furnishing cloth .It gives Smooth & Silky VELVET TOUCH feel to the  fabrics.
PADDING METHOD :
An amount of 2-6 gpl is usually added to the padding bath depending on the fabric and feel  desired followed by drying and curing at 130° C to 160° C for 30 sec to 1 min.
EXHAUST METHOD :
Usually a treatment of 0.3 % to 0.6 % o.w.f. is  recommended for 15 to 20 min. at  room temperature depending on the fabric followed by drying  in  air or curing at 180°C for 30 sec.

ANTIFOAM - DC
ANTIFOAM-DC is excellent antifoaming agent based on reacted and modified organo polysiloxane is used in high speed hot spinning bath  & aquous  printing system. ANTIFOAM - DC is spinning formulated for prevention of foam  in  aqueous system over wide range of p.H. It has got superior dilution property as  compared to traditional Silicone defoamers.

RECOMMENDED USE :

ANTIFOAM-DC is extremely effective in strong acid spining bath in synthetic and cotton  dyeing. ANTIFOAM - DC finds use in aqueous printing system. Further application of this  product are during production and processing of polymer dispersion ,as  foam suppressing agents in alkaline cleaning bath ,cooling lubricants.

APPLICATION METHOD :
Dilute one part of ANTIFOAM-DC with 4 to 5 parts of cold water & sprinkle over foaming media before or after even foaming is started.
